I've always wondered what there is about me
That would interest other people.
What should I write about on my "About Me" page?
I mean aside from the obvious (stats on me).
 What is it that people see on others
"About Me" pages that makes them want to stop and read more.
Is it witty comments? Or maybe funny jokes.
Does sarcasm attract people or just run them off?
Famous quotes by unknown authors or the sayings of Confucious.
Are these the things that catch our eyes and spark our curious nature?

Or is it just the simple stuff,
The things that make us who we are.
What interests us,
What we like to do.
The things we love,
Things others never knew.

A little insight into a private life.
A few secrets given away.
An invitation to a magical ride
Through the deepest of our spirits.

That's what I would want to read.
Something personal from the heart.
Something that tells me who you are
And what your life's about.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Jeri.
Aka JayE and Windstorm.
I am a 36 yr old mom of 4 BEAUTIFUL kids
From Northern California.

I am also engaged to the most wonderful, understanding, loving man in the world.

I'm still in school and yes it's been a wild ride so far. But I love it.
If you know me than you know that is something I've been wanting
To do for a very long time now. So kudos to me for finally taking that
First step in the right direction. I am attending Heald College and
I am majoring in Business with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.

I am a country music FANATIC!!
My favorite group is Rascal Flatts.
I've been to one concert so far and that was in
April of 2006.
Trust me when I say those men are GORGEOUS!!
My next trip to see them was in
April of this year (2008)
With my daughter Ana.
Rascal Flatts & Taylor Swift....
Life couldn't be better than that!!

I am a Poet. Among other things of course.
I started writing at the age of 10.
In high school many of my poems were posted in our monthly newspaper.
A few of them were also published in a book of writings that my school did.

I am most recently a published author on my own too.
My first book of poetry, "Reflections: From the Inside Looking Out",
was published in August 2005 through PublishAmerica.
